Welcome to Stain Hearts. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible.

Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Because our jewellery involves raw, custom, and detailed hand-finishing, processing times ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery (India)

We ship across India using trusted domestic courier partners.

Standard Shipping (Orders under ₹499): Flat rate of ₹80.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders of ₹499 and above.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities generally receive packages faster, while regional areas may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS with your courier tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status updates to reflect on the courier system.

4. Damages & Issues

We inspect every piece before shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@stainhearts.in.

Please include your Order Number and a clear Unboxing Video / Photos of the package and item condition so we can evaluate and resolve the issue immediately.
