No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the exclusive, handcrafted, and limited-edition nature of our jewellery, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are processed. Please ensure your shipping details and selected items are correct before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every item. However, if your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@stainhearts.in with an unboxing video and photo proof. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement if applicable.
